- The promotion is valid until 31 January 2027
- To complete your application, you need a MySony account. If you don't have a MySony account yet, you can easily create one on the website.
- To complete your claim, you need the following: the serial number, a photo of the cut-out barcode with the serial number and a photo of the purchase receipt with all the details such as the store details, the product name and the purchase date.
- You can submit your claim after the purchase date. Claims submitted before this date will be rejected.
- All claims for this promotion must be received before midnight (CET) on 31 March 2027
- When your claim is approved, you will receive the refund amount within 28 days
